I’ve had several diff GNC whey blends that have a terrible flavor when compared to Rule 1. I prefer vanilla ice cream so I can play with different shake flavor options. Throw in fruit, chocolate syrup, or pb2 to change it up instead of having 4 flavors sitting on the counter.
