Complex carbs and protein. I have tried it with a high sugar IIFYM diet but it doesn’t help there.
Also my cardio sessions are better when I take it pre cardio.

I just want to put it out there that I never leave reviews, however I felt obligated to do one for this product. I absolutely love it!!! It has really helped curve the cravings as well as help drop the pounds off the belly area, all while not making me feel like I was going to have a heart attack like some of the competitors. I have lost about 10 lbs. on these so far, with a moderate work out time of about 30-40 minutes a day. For the price point these are selling they are definitely worth it, as they are competitively priced compared to others on the market. I bought this product with my own money

Love this get great results! Only thing is, is that when I stopped after taking it for 3 months; for a week I had bad stuff happen. The toilet and I were inseparable it was like a teenage relationship, I couldn’t leave. I tried this one other time and same thing happened. It could be me and my body but I thought it was weird but hey lost some weight from it in a different way lol.

I gues it’s working. I take the recommended dose before my meals. I can’t say it’s helping me burn anything, by itself. However, when I take hydroxicut hardcore watch out!!! Cause you’re cooking with fire, you will notice the burn.
