Pschotic is one of the stronger pre workouts on the market, if you are new to preworkout i would suggest buying something a little less strong in terms of caffiene content, otherwise start with just half a scoop.

About the preworkout itself it is amazing in terms of the workout you get after, i took a full scoop and the work out rush lasted for just over 2 hours and in terms of the energy delivered it was the best.
