I have tried 3 brands of protein prior to Dymatize, namely: MuscleBlaze ISO-Zero, Optimum Nutrition 100% Isolate and Legion Whey+. Dymatize beats the first 2 hands down and competes very well with Legion Whey+

It tastes amazing. Of all the flavors I’ve had, this is most refreshing and tasty. Mixes into water easily, no need of metal ball/cyclone/other mixing item. Verified from Pearl to be legitimate Dymatize product.

All you need is a shaker and a firm hand. Shake for 20 seconds. Mix one scoop with 200ml of water. Less for a more strong taste. (Don’t go below 150ml though). You can make popsicles too.

I was worried about taste, having tried MuscleBlaze and ON’s Chocolate flavours, both of which left a bad aftertaste, and I always hated having the last sip of the drink, both tasting disgusting. Dymatize has a lot of international reviews as regards flavour is concerned. I got the Orange Dreamsicle and that’s what it exactly tastes like. Initially you get that hit of orange and as it slides to the back of your throat you get the creamy vanilla icecream flavour. Tastes amazing, all the way to the last sip. Other suggestions from people who’ve tried are: Fudge Brownie, Gourmet Berry and Birthday Cake (I’m going to try this one)

I have lactose intolerance. So I cannot have any whey except Isolate. Thankfully this is a hydrolyzed (breaks down easier in body) whey isolate. Therefore I don’t suffer from any symptoms of LI, like bloatedness, nausea, flatulence or diarrhea. It comes with exactly what is advertised on the box (look up lab tests on google, if you don’t believe me). Compared to MuscleBlaze (which fakes the values of the protein breakdowns) this is way more trustworthy.
